CANCELLATION POLICY
- All walk-in and direct bookings whether at Hotel Luna or Manila Sales Office must be guaranteed with full payment or at least 50% deposit.
- Payment or deposit must be made 3 days after placing the bookings. Request for extension of payment or deposit can be allowed provided date of arrival is 2 weeks on the request date of payment, and arrival date is below 90% occupancy.

15 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Cancellation of guaranteed bookings with 1 night charge per room. Reduction of room or room nights, with charge of 1 room night per room. Modification of guaranteed booking is allowed without charge on non-superpeak dates. On super peak dates, modification is allowed with P1000 re-booking fee.
8 TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Cancellation of guaranteed booking shall be charged 100%. Reduction of room or room nights shall be charged 100%. Modification of booking is allowed on non superpeak dates, with re-booking fee of P1000, subject to availability, and rate may change depending on the current rate of the new date requested.

7 DAYS BELOW PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Cancellation of bookings is not allowed or to be charged 100%. Modification or reduction is not allowed to be charged 100%.

NO SHOWS
All no-shows shall be charged 100%. Non-refundable and non-rebookable.
